Concert

I was so impressed with the way the class behaved today. They were a fantastic audience and waited patiently before they went on stage. Everyone spoke clearly and they were able to be heard at the back!
We are all looking forward to the next couple of days. I hope all parents are coming to the concert to support their child. It's not too late to invite grandparents and friends, tickets can be purchased at the school office.

Stitching

It's great to see how creative the students are getting. They are looking at what their friends are doing then giving it ago, dreaming up their own stitches or asking Liz to show them a new stitch. It is great to see them taking on new challenges.
You are welcome to come to class and check out our growing display of finished canvas work.

Mission 4

Today Room G started Photo Mission 4.
The things they had to find were...

Something orange.
Something shaped like a square.
The letter S.
Something tall.
Take a picture of each other with a shocked face.
Add a speech bubble and say what you are shocked about.

Film Festival

Here are some short films I watched at the Film Festival.

Sick Plant

We have a sick plant in the classroom. When we looked carefully we saw tiny aphids sucking the plant juices out of the stems. Students have been finding ladybirds and popping them on the plant so they can eat the aphids. We hope it works.
